It's Sweater Weather, girls, and I am in LOVE!

Here are some spectacular sweaters I've come across and fallen in love with,

that you need to check out this winter too!

I truly LOVE wearing sweaters in our cold, Alberta winters, but one of the things that always annoyed and frustrated me to no end is that while they may have been warm, they weren't always flattering, and certainly not sassy or even cute on me, not the way they looked on the women I saw wearing them in the magazines. I think I even gave up wearing sweaters for awhile, though the fact that I have spent my entire life easily getting cold made me angry about that!

Move over mega bulky, figure-covering blanket with sleeves! Here are my top finds for sweaters this season. They are pretty, cozy, stylish, warm, fashionable, and - most of all - I feel so damn cute in them (especially when paired with a cute pair of leggings or sweet jeans and boots - see some of my recommendations for those in an upcoming post)!

Famulily Sweaters for Women Long Batwing Sleeve High Neck Knitted Solid Soft Pullover Jumper Tops

This sweater comes in at least 8 colours, and I promise you'll want more than one (I already have 3 different colours so far - this burgundy one, white, and camel!) A beautiful ribbed knit, long batwing sleeves, slouch neck, and pullover style with a slightly tapered hem - this is a must to wear with skinny jeans (yes, those are STILL cute!) or your favourite leggings and this sweater will create a simple, but fashionable look! I ordered size XL because I like to make sure I have a bit of room around my hips, but I could have probably have managed a size L.

KIRUNDO Women's 2023 Fall Winter Casual Waffle Knit Turtleneck Sweater Long Sleeve Solid Side Split Loose Pullover Tops

You've got 16 colour choices in this beauty, and you'll absolutely have a hard time choosing your favourite! I ordered this caramel colour in an XL, but again, probably could easily pull off a size L with enough hip room. With this, you'll find a comfy, relaxed turtleneck, oversized knit dress with high-ish side slits, that looks great - again, with leggings, or - if you're not worried about being chilled, just pair it with some over the knee-high boots and rock it out the door!

ZESICA Women's 2023 Long Sleeve Mini Sweater Dress Fall Quarter Zip Ribbed Knit Oversized Pullover Jumper Sweaters

Hold my coffee and get ready to jump for joy! This super cozy and totally cute sweater dress is the wardrobe addition you've been missing! Dress it up or keep it casual, it will carry you through a ton of different settings and events. With 12 colours choices, its a trendy zip up, ribbed knit sweater dress, with long sleeves, side slit, chic 1/4 zipper closure and lapel collar design. Versatile and indispensable! I have this stunner in grey in a size Xl, but definitely I could fit a L or even a M as it is very loose fitting!

RANPHEE Womens Long Sleeve Batwing Cable Open Front Knitted Slouchy Oversized Wrap Cardigan Sweater Outerwear Coat

So this is more a stylish and drapey cardi than a stand alone sweater, but you NEED to see this stunner. It has an open front design with cable knit details, long tapered bat sleeves, and is the absolute perfect length for pairing with leggings or skinny jeans (I know, there seems to be a theme here!) I went with my usual XL and it's a great, oversized drape fit. If you want "less" you could size down. This sweater is so trendy and fun to style, with 15 colour choices, you'll for sure find a way to wear it all year round!
